It is an advanced file copier, both win32 and Linux64 binaries are provided. Just run ptc without arguments to see available options:

-m --copy-method=<A|S|P|C> Set copy method:

    A (Auto)     Auto-detect optimal method (default)

    S (Serial)   Force serial copy

    P (Parallel) Force parallel copy

    C (Compiler) Let the compiler library copy the file

-r --recursive	Recursive copy, accepts folders only
-b --buffer-size=<n>	Set I/O buffer size in KBytes, max is 1G
-y --overwrite	Overwrite existing destination files
-n --no-overwrite	Skip existing destination files
-h --include-hidden	Copy hidden files/folders too
-z --skip-empty	Do not copy empty files
-k --keep-bad	Do not delete files if errors occur
-u --update	Copy missing or newer files only
-e --verify	Verify copied files (slower)
-l --dry-run	Do not modify destination
-q --quiet	Do not print anything

Particular care must taken when using wildcards:
The traditional * and ? are supported, but also the characters []{} act as pattern matching, and cannot be escaped!
The square brackets act as in regular expressions, but the negation form is [!...] instead of [^...]
Another caveat is that {string1,string2,...} match either of specified strings
